"Employer: When it comes to going up the ranks—the idea to lead people—we have to train that. But you can tell there hasn't been a lot of that. The teamwork, the ability to work well on a team, and lead a team—that you have to develop because it hasn't appeared.

Interviewer: So, that piece of the training infrastructure was left out? You're doing all of that?

Employer: Right. We promote from within. Of course, one of the problems you have is that you don't have enough people with those skills to be able to lead a team. It's difficult."		 Central

Employer: It could be, in some cases. Well, on campuses, if you have somebody that was the head of the Investment Club, they probably know how to lead. Those types of folks. Folks that have led, that have interacted with people. I think more of those types of opportunities for people to lead, I think, as adults would be helpful because then they can apply that when they get into the work."		 Central
