Seventy five 75 hours of Minnesota approved pre licensing appraiser education including the 15 hour National USPAP Course must be completed prior to submitting the application A list of approved pre license education Sponsors is available at Pre License Education Appraiser license examination results cannot be more than 24 months old at the time of your application for a license
