Real Estate Appraisers and Assessors
Description
Seventy-five (75) hours of Minnesota-approved pre-licensing appraiser education, including the 15-hour National USPAP Course, must be completed prior to submitting the application. A list of approved pre-license education Sponsors is available at Pre-License Education. Appraiser license examination results cannot be more than 24 months old at the time of your application for a license.
