All-terrain Vehicle (ATV) Dealer License License

The license information below is specific to the state of Minnesota.

This license applies to the following occupations:

Demonstrators and Product Promoters
Retail Salespersons

Description

OHV (Off-highway Vehicle) dealers and manufacturers must register with the DNR to operate machines for testing or demonstration purposes. The registration certificate must be displayed. A dealer license is not necessary if ATVs are not in operation.
