Pesticide Dealer License License

This license applies to the following occupations:
Pesticide Handlers, Sprayers, and Applicators
Description
Dealers selling agricultural pesticides must collect an annual gross sales fee of 0.55% and an ACRRA surcharge of 0.30%. Dealers will report all sales to MDA and pay fees and surcharges owed. Invoices must show percent of gross sales fee assessed and paid.
