Put Your Assessments Together

You are more likely to enjoy a career that matches your interests, values, and strengths.

Assessments help you to discover who you are, what you like, and what you are good at. Look at your results from all assessments to create a list of your target careers.

You want to consider careers that most closely match all three: your skills, interest, and work values. You can use the workbook activity "Occupations that Best Match" (pdf) to list careers you're interested in.

Or you can start exploring careers in the next section of this website. As you explore careers, add the ones you’re interested in to the "Occupations that Best Match" workbook activity. Make sure you continue to think about how each career matches all of your assessments.
