Molders, Shapers, and Casters create a variety of products. They may work to manufacture food products, figurines, tile, candles, or anything not made of metal or plastic.

Education & Training	High School or less is needed for entry.

On the Job	Work Activities Design jewelry or decorative objects. Attach decorative or functional accessories to products. Cut industrial materials in preparation for fabrication or processing. Draw guide lines or markings on materials or workpieces using patterns or other references. Drill holes in parts, equipment, or materials. Engrave designs, text, or other markings onto materials, workpieces, or products. Polish materials, workpieces, or finished products. Remove accessories, tools, or other parts from equipment. Trim excess material from workpieces. Load materials into production equipment.
