Sort and shelve library materials, like books or electronic media.

Clerical Library Assistants receive, sort, and shelve all different types of library material. They find materials on shelves and replace materials when patrons return them. They may assist patrons in getting library cards.


Wages $19.42 per hour on average  
Outlook The outlook is Poor
Education & Training High School or less is needed for entry.
