| ICC Summer Engineering Camp introduces campers to the world of engineering careers in a fast paced and hands-on environment. Campers engage in fun team engineering projects and design challenges, tour industries, meet professional engineers and have the opportunity to learn about several engineering disciplines. Projects accommodate varying levels of experience and provide growth opportunity for new and returning campers. Our camps are designed to accomplish the following objectives: • Expose campers to the fun and exciting career possibilities in engineering • Improve analytical and problem solving skills • Practice communication and team-work skills while solving engineering problems • Mentor campers in how to prepare themselves for success in a STEM field. Our summer engineering camps, offered for both Jr High and High School students, are residential camps. Campers live in the campus residence halls, use the engineering center labs, and experience a bit of campus life.
